Peelable porous nanosheet fabricated by roll-to-roll coating and nanoimprinting technique

Abstract A combination of roll-to-roll coating and nanoimprinting technique is proposed for large-scale fabrication porous nanosheets. Poly ( d , l -lactic acid) (PLA) in 2-methoxy-1-methylethyl-acetate coated on polypropylene substrate to obtain nanosheets with thickness above ca. 95 nm. Roller a nickel mold applied fabricate pores diameter 1.2 μm. The imprinted PLA 129 nm can be directly peeled from the using polyester adhesive tape frame open circle 30 mm. This method shows promising potential achieving continuous production facilitate their application. Graphical
